REFUND POLICY
All payments are final and non-refundable. Attempting a chargeback or fraud will result in a permanent ban from the Crystalvale MC network and potentially other Tebex stores.
It could take upwards of 1-20 minutes for your purchase to be credited in-game. If you have not received your package after this time period, please open a support ticket on our Discord with proof of purchase and we will resolve your issue as quickly as possible.
